APPLICANT SOURCING COORDINATOR

Position:
Full time Permanent

Key responsibilities:

Work closely with our inhouse recruitment team to identify and deliver applicants against key roles needing to be filled for our enterprise clients
Effectively manage the flow of applicant sourcing requests, prioritizing appropriately, and effectively and efficiently allocating budget
Experiment with new sourcing channels such as inmarket partnerships, international job board postings, international recruitment events and owned channels to attract qualified applicants
Develop playbooks based on test and learn frameworks, producing a scalable 'plug and play' approach to filling recurring roles over time
Work to systematically decrease the cost per applicant over time

This job is for you if you:

You are able to simultaneously manage and prioritize several campaigns/initiatives with different goals and outcomes
You have a proven history of making datadriven marketing decisions, and testing to deliver increased ROI over time
Have good attitude and a willingness to learn
Have strong oral and written English communication skills and excellent listening skills
Are self motivated, persistent and able to work independently
Thrive in a startup environment where all teams are agile and ongoing reprioritization is required
