Hilton Toronto/Markham Suites Conference Centre & Spa is currently searching for a high energy, motivated individual to fill the role of Busperson in our restaurant, Essence of Unionville.

If you are passionate about hospitality - you are the person we are looking for

What you will do:

The Busser will be responsible for providing consistently high-levels of service, professionalism, and courtesy to every guest and Team Member.

Greets guests in a professional manner
Restocks all service areas and supplies
Clears, cleans, and resets tables in a prompt manner
Ensures the cutleries, placemats, and glassware are clean and set up properly
Ensures that every station is fully stocked and ready to go for the next shift
Assists servers and hostesses when necessary
Ensures cleanliness of both front and back of the restaurant

He or she will perform these duties in a friendly and professional manner at all times, and ensure that guests have an enjoyable dining experience.

What we're looking for:

Graduate of a hospitality postsecondary program is considered an asset
Possess a passion for customer service and the ability to exceed customers' expectations
Able to work well under pressure
Appearance must be neat and well groomed
Strong work ethic and positive team attitude
Must be flexible with shifts and hours (evenings and weekends required)
Good command of and fluent in English
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
