Mr. Mow It All Corp is an urban property care company serving downtown Toronto.

With over 18 years of experience, we have become a trusted provider of comprehensive property maintenance services to hundreds of residential and commercial clients.

From lawn care and landscaping to snow removal during the winter months, we cater to the diverse needs of our customers year-round.

We are currently looking for motivated individuals to join our field team as crew leaders.

As a crew leader, you will oversee and participate in various projects stemming from our landscape maintenance and enhancement clients.

In any given week, tasks may include installing a new lawn, renovating a garden, cutting lawns, or conducting a large property clean-up.

You'll have the opportunity to lead your team to success while enjoying the diversity of projects and challenges.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on leading diverse projects each week and can think on their feet to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.

We are NOT an APP and we do not pay based on piecework.

As a member of our team, you will receive the following benefits:

Rate of Pay:
$ $27.00 per hour (depending on experience)


Responsibilities:


  • Installing sod, plants, soil, aggregates, and mulch
  • Weeding and cultivating garden beds
  • Cutting and trimming lawns
  • Trimming and pruning hedges, shrubs, and small trees
  • Participating in company meetings as well as health and safety activities
  • Manage a team of up to 23 people while performing services; motivate, coach, and mentor the team
  • Spring and Fall property cleanups
  • General repair, maintenance, and cleaning of equipment and company facilities
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:


  • Valid G license with a clean driving record
  • At least two seasons of landscape maintenance or enhancement experience
  • Having a safetyfirst mindset and minding the safety of yourself, coworkers, and the public.
  • Able to meet the physical requirements of the job including bending, lifting, utilizing hand tools, and working in various weather conditions
