Mr. Mow It All, a Toronto, Ontario-based landscape maintenance business serving residential and commercial markets in the GTA. Our firm is growing quickly and made the Canadian Business Growth list ranking 59 out of nearly 500 companies. We have a fun, energetic, youthful, and innovative team culture and environment.


We are currently searching for a Part-time Customer Service Agent to help clients sign up for service, resolve any problems they have, and ultimately succeed in our mission of providing property care services that allow our clients to take back their time.

This is a remote position and will require a home computer or laptop and internet access.

Responsibilities:


  • Provide amazing frontline service to Mr. Mow It All clients
  • Assist crew by liaising and passing information between clients and crews
  • Resolve customer complaints (1st level)
  • Onboarding new clients
  • Scheduling of lawn maintenance, gardening, and fertilization jobs
  • Inbound sales including upselling existing clients
  • Helping to execute the marketing calendar, including marketing support work
  • Sending Welcome Packages, Thankyou notes, Lead Letters, etc.
  • Manage and maintain records in Service Autopilot
  • Assisting with preparing proposals, site maps, etc.
  • Other duties as may be required

Qualifications/Requirements:

years of customer service experience

  • Must have strong knowledge of Toronto neighborhoods
  • Landscape Industry experience would be an asset
  • Sales experience would be an asset
  • A business Administration diploma or equivalent would be an asset
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and to tight deadlines
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Customer orientation and strong relationshipbuilding skills

Job Types:
Part-time


Base pay range:
$17-19 per hour (depending on experience)

Hours of Work
Thursday through Friday 11 am - 8 pm (EST)

Saturday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (EST)
Scheduled hours - 25 hours per week
