Responsibilities:

This position will provide design leadership and solutioning architecture for Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules.

This is a key role to enable business transformation by overseeing design and development of Oracle Cloud SCM solution as part of ERP deliverable with expertise across Requisitioning, Procurement, Sourcing, Contracts, Inventory and Logistics, working closely with the systems integrator.


  • This position interacts directly with Program functional teams to ensure solution needs are met as well as ensuring TIS operational requirements are met. This position requires the ability to build close working relationships with both functional and technical teams to facilitate end to end process delivery and operational expertise.
  • Lead business change in support of solution design and implementation. Document systems and their interdependencies in the form of system specifications.
Specific Accountabilities

  • Review vendor created requirements and design specifications to ensure fit for purpose for Unify release 5 project scope
  • Engage Business SMEs to gather and derive business and systems requirements and translate them into functional technical specifications.
  • Lead business change in support of solution design and implementation. Document systems and their interdependencies in the form of system specifications.
  • Collaborate with other Enbridge development teams (Oracle, Enterprise Maximo, GDS Maximo) as needed to build or modify functionality and integration
  • Collaborate with architecture and operational teams to ensure solution compatibility with company standards
  • Facilitate crossfunctional meetings/presentations with various levels of management.
  • Maintain domain Application-System knowledge and keeps abreast of solution development progress
  • Provide expertise and participate in quality assurance testing ensuring defined user requirements are met;
- translate business requirements and use cases into test plans and test scenarios.

  • Provides expertise to the business in System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing.
  • Provide technical assistance to the business in the use of information and data from various source systems.
  • Review data extracts and access to data for ERP Data Conversion, Master Data Management and Reporting and Analytics teams.
Scope/Dimensions

  • This position does not have people leadership responsibilities and is an individual contributor role
Contacts (Working Relationships)

  • Internal interactions will be Unify Business Functional team and SMEs within Enbridge across Finance, SCM and AWM
  • External interactions will include Software partners (Oracle, Maximo and others) and System Integrators (TCS and others)

Qualifications:


Required:

  • Advanced University degree in a related field, e.g., Computer Engineering, MBA or equivalent
  • 10+ years of functional and technical experience in developing integrated ERP solutions across process, data and technologies in progressively more senior roles
  • Minimum 7 years' experience in Oracle Cloud SCM implementation projects
  • Minimum 2 full life cycle of Oracle Cloud SCM implementation project with accountability to deliver any of the following functions Procurement, Sourcing/Contracts and Materials Management and Logistics, working closely with the systems integrator.
  • Experience supporting CRP, SIT and Mock cycles on a project
  • Advanced communication skills demonstrated through previous experience in the following contexts: multidisciplinary project meetings, technical reviews with architects, developers and SME
