About this role:
The position performs research, analysis, and reporting functions in support of a best practice approach to strategic workforce planning and organizational development. The Senior HR Analyst reviews existing HR operational processes and makes strategic recommendations for process improvement, develops project plans, and leads implementation of continuous improvement projects. This role performs analysis of relevant HR data and uses various tools to translate data into meaningful metrics to support business decisions.

Education and Experience:
Post secondary degree in human resources, public administration, business administration, or related field and one (1) year of recent and related human resources experience*.
*Recent and related human resources experience must have occurred in the last 5 years and must include the following:
An equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered, i.e., a diploma in human resources, public administration, business administration or related field and two (2) years of recent, related human resources experience* as detailed above, or secondary (high) school diploma or equivalent certificate with three (3) years of recent, related human resources experience*.
