RE/MAX Crest | Masters Realty is a group of 6 RE/MAX franchise offices serving 600+ professional real estate services in the Greater Vancouver. Responsibilities:
- General duties in monthly deliverables: A/P, A/R, agent billings, collections, reconciliations, GST
- Billings and reporting for franchisor and agents' commission reconciliations
- Bank reconciliation (multiple accounts trust, commission, general, subbrokerages accounts)
- Intercompany reconciliation
- Agent statistics, data collections and provide reports
- Assist in quarterly and yearly financial deliverables (financials, BCFSA reports, commission reports)
- Support adhoc accounting deliverables
Qualifications:
- Degree or diploma in accounting is required
- Minimum 2 years experience in bookkeeping role
- Proficient in MS Office (especially: Excel)
- Experience in Real Estate/Property Management/Accounting is an asset
- Experience with Lonewolf BackOffice software is an asset
