Position reports to:
Director of Sales and Marketing


Job Summary:


Essential Functions

  • Effectively handle, develop, promote and build Social Media platforms (e.g., facebook, instagram, etc)
  • Perform Prepare salesrelated documents throughout the sales process (e.g., proposals, contracts).
  • Enter, retrieve, reconcile, and verify information (e.g., commissions, leads, third parties) in software involved in the sales process.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets.
  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests' service needs; thank guests with genuine appreciation.
  • Speak with others using clear and professional language; prepare and review written documents accurately and completely; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees.
  • Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Managers.

Qualification Standards

Education & Experience:

  • Experience (1+ years) in hotel field preferred but not required.
  • Experience in Marketing (Social Media) strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must have a valid driver's license

Physical requirements:

  • Long hours sometimes required.
  • Ability to stand during entire shift.

Mental requirements:

  • Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly.
  • Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately.
  • Must work well in stressful, highpressure situations.
  • Must be effective in handling problems in the workplace, including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving problems, as necessary.
  • Must have the ability to assimilate complex information, data, etc. from disparate sources and consider, adjust, or modify corrective actions to meet the constraints of the task at hand.
  • Must be effective at listening to, understanding, and clarifying the issues raised by managers, staff members, and guests.
  • Must be selfmotivated and able to work unsupervised.
  • Availability must be flexible to work weekends and or holidays, days, or night shifts, based upon business needs.
  • Must take the initiative to resolve guest issues quickly and effectively without the need for additional supervision.
  • Must possess and display outstanding personal and professional integrity at all times.

Salary:
From $45,000.00 per year
