What you bring to the table:
- Experience in using warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks)
- Experience with loading/unloading
- Shipment preparation skills (e.g., wrapping, banding, labelling)
- Ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs
- Shipping/material handler experience
- Proven work experience as an Inventory Clerk, Material Handler, Warehouse Associate or similar role
- Derive energy from facing challenges and provide actionable solutions
- Knowledge of safe lifting and handling techniques an asset
- Proficiency with prioritizing and meeting multiple deadlines
- Adept at handling multiple complex tasks simultaneously
- Organizational skills
- Positive attitude and flexibility to changes
- High degree of care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work extended/flexible hours
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
How you'll use your skills and experience:
- Operating various forklift/reach truck equipment, order picking, staging product, preparing product for shipping
- Overseeing loading and unloading of goods from trucks or other conveyances
- Reporting discrepancies between physical counts and computer records
- May perform other activities, such as assembly duties, opening containers and crates, filling warehouse orders, assisting in taking inventory and weighing and checking materials
- Comply with procedures and specific customer requirements
- Provide support to the shipping and assembly department
- Participate in inventory as required
- Work collaboratively with other departments
- Adhere to all current ISO/TS16949 and ISO 14001 standards
- Work in compliance with Quality and Business Operating Systems & Health, Safety & Environmental Legislation
- Compliance to all company policies, procedures and work instructions including working safely and keeping a safe work area from all employees. Reporting unsafe conditions and personal injures they receive at work to their Supervisor/Manager.
- Other tasks as assigned

Friday - 10:00AM to 4:30PM
Salary:
$19.50-$21.00 per hour
