What you bring to the table:

• Experience in using warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks)
• Experience with loading/unloading
• Shipment preparation skills (e.g., wrapping, banding, labelling)
• Ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs
• Shipping/material handler experience
• Proven work experience as an Inventory Clerk, Material Handler, Warehouse Associate or similar role
• Derive energy from facing challenges and provide actionable solutions
• Knowledge of safe lifting and handling techniques an asset
• Proficiency with prioritizing and meeting multiple deadlines
• Adept at handling multiple complex tasks simultaneously
• Organizational skills
• Positive attitude and flexibility to changes
• High degree of care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work extended/flexible hours
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

How you'll use your skills and experience:

• Operating various forklift/reach truck equipment, order picking, staging product, preparing product for shipping
• Overseeing loading and unloading of goods from trucks or other conveyances
• Reporting discrepancies between physical counts and computer records
• May perform other activities, such as assembly duties, opening containers and crates, filling warehouse orders, assisting in taking inventory and weighing and checking materials
• Comply with procedures and specific customer requirements
• Provide support to the shipping and assembly department
• Participate in inventory as required
• Work collaboratively with other departments
• Adhere to all current ISO/TS16949 and ISO 14001 standards
• Work in compliance with Quality and Business Operating Systems & Health, Safety & Environmental Legislation
• Compliance to all company policies, procedures and work instructions including working safely and keeping a safe work area from all employees. Reporting unsafe conditions and personal injures they receive at work to their Supervisor/Manager.
• Other tasks as assigned
