Description
_We are looking for Personal Support Workers (PSW) to assist a man overnight in Hamilton. Must be vaccinated for Covid. Specific times to be determined, but approximately 8 pm to 8 am._

  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Works effectively independently as well as in a team
  • Demonstrates flexibility, sound judgment and sensitivity in evaluating and responding to client needs
  • Able to motivate and promote care recipient participation in social, recreational and educational activities
  • A strong commitment to privacy and confidentiality

Requirements:


  • PSW Diploma/Certificate
  • Vulnerable Sector Police Check issued within the last two years
  • Current First Aid/CPR Certificate
  • Driver's Licence
  • 3 work references

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Part-time hours: 12-48 per week


Salary:
$20.00-$21.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Night shift
  • Weekend availability
