Role and Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain productive relationships within AXIS, the Infrastructure Technology Outsourcing (ITO) supplier, and other suppliers to enable the objectives of their towers to be fully realized.
  • Support the achievement of service levels and metricsbased performance in collaboration with the Outsourcing Suppliers
  • Tracking, and oversight of daytoday operations
  • Promptly respond and resolve inquiries and escalations. Ensure systemic issues are identified and remedial actions are taken to prevent future occurrences.
  • Ensures adherence to enterprise IT policies and procedures
  • Escalations related to incident management and service requests
  • Adherence to AXIS policies, procedures, and technical standards
  • Provide support for IT and Business project activities
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Works under supervision with independent judgement including escalations when necessary.
  • Work outside of regular hours may be required

Technology Specific Job Responsibilities:

  • Working knowledge skills in Active Directory, and Azure
  • Strong knowledge of Excel
  • Working knowledge
  • AD / Azure L1 troubleshooting
  • Powershell scripting
  • User / Group administration
  • AD Connect
  • DNS
  • Understanding of
  • GPOs
  • Share and corporate drive structure and permissions
  • Troubleshooting skills in Azure, AD and SSO
  • Azure Roles and conditional policies
  • Working knowledge
of MFA knowledge, a plus

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation
Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, IT or related field or equivalent experience
  • MCSE or MCITP a plus
years' experience in M365 and components, Active Directory and Azure

  • A working knowledge of ITIL
  • 1 or more relevant certifications
  • At least 2 years or more experience working in an enterprise environment
