Compensation:
$50,000 - $55,000 per year

Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8-hour shift. During peak season weekend availability is required and possible extended hours.

Close Out Clerk located in

Responsibilities:

Close out and submit insurance files
Answer customer calls and provide answers to questions accordingly with respect to their insurance claim(s)
Assist with customer appointment checkins and customer deliveries
Update internal systems with detailed/accurate notes
Assist with in person customer service as well as office work

Requirements:

High School Diploma
1 + years of experience in the collision industry is preferred
Knowledge of insurance guidelines
Experience with Mitchell Connect and Qapter
Strong organizational and time management skills
Must possess a valid driver's licence and a safe driving history
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
