Job Summary:
Area of Responsibility


  • Physical and digital representation of bank in various marketing activities.
  • Roll-out marketing campaigns and coordinate for branch, local, regional or national events.
  • Coordinate with Corporate Brand Group in India, the Marketing Department at IBG and where necessary, counter-parts in other locations where the Bank operates. Ensure constant data, idea and marketing plan sharing, in congruence with the Parent and Canada market guidelines.
  • Develop month/quarter/annual event plan that maps the communication activity for all internal and external media, associations and web content
  • Facilitate product development, including Resident and Non-resident Indian Services, other subsidiaries such as securities dealer and web-trade (when same is established).
  • Build relationships with service providers in Canada and elsewhere, while communicating high service, quality and sense of urgency generally expected by the Bank.
  • Create positive media coverage and minimize any negative coverage.
  • Ensure legal compliance, valid registrations under patent and copyright laws.
  • Publication of Annual Reports, product brochure, literature, client presentations, collaterals and signage etc. Act as the "Brand Monitor".
  • Effective events and gift managements & creation of sponsorship and philanthropic opportunities, lunch & learn seminars, etc.
  • Develop feedback/monitoring system, technical and market intelligence for e banking platform.
  • Inventory management for corporate and community activities for all the sales teams of the bank
  • Other duties as assigned for website of the Bank

Job Type:
Fixed term contract

Contract length: 12 months
