    We are in search of Senior Residential Mortgage Agents or Brokers who embodies an entrepreneurial spirit and are eager to establish a significant presence in the real estate investment sector utilizing the Streetwise brand, income property advisory and financing methodologies and reputation in the real estate investment community across Canada.

    Requirements:

    • Full time licensed mortgage agent or broker
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the mortgage industry [ ideally the broker channel] underwriting residential mortgages [with rental properties in the mix]
    • Proven track record with a business volume of $10 Mil $15 Mil per year
    • Excellent relationshipbuilding and negotiation skills.
    • Valid Mortgage Agent license in Ontario. Level 2 preferred

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaboratively engage with and expand our client network, fostering longterm, meaningful relationships.
    • Cultivate your own client base, leveraging both the leads we provide and your entrepreneurial initiatives.
    • Offer expert advice on residential mortgage products, tailoring solutions to clients' unique financial goals.
    • Skillfully negotiate loan terms, championing the best interests of clients and the company.
    • Keep abreast of market trends and regulatory changes to provide informed guidance.
    • Commit to continuous learning to stay updated on various lending programs and market opportunities.

    Compensation:

    • This is a commissionbased role, offering the freedom of entrepreneurship coupled with robust support.
    • Motivated and businesssavvy agents can anticipate earnings upwards of $150,000 annually, reflecting their commitment to business growth and client success.
