Summary

What you'll be doing

  • Assists the CTO with all administrative functions
  • Coordination of meetings, managing multiple conflicting meetings and necessary resources, booking and scheduling meetings with internal and external clients
  • Assisting with the organization of special events and team events
  • Communication with executives internal and external to the organization
  • Compiles information and prepares reports and correspondence for executives and senior leadership
  • Coordination and preparation of documentation for the leader's local and international travel
  • Provides general administrative support to the technology leadership team

What you bring

  • 5+ years of experience in a coordinator or support position along with a college diploma
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint in order to produce professional correspondence and documentation
  • High level of maturity and integrity with respect to confidential information
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Professional, friendly and courteous in all interactions with internal and external customers
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • High level of comfort dealing with senior level staff
