Job Brief_

Position Responsibilities_

  • Leading the sales team, sales workflows, and reporting.
  • Connecting with the cooperating broker and agent community.
  • Converting leads and traffic into sales.
  • Knowledge of new home sales programs and broker portal use.
  • Guiding purchasers and coop agents through the sales process, including knowledge of condo law and contracts
  • Consistent and proactive communication and followup with customers and purchasers
  • Uptodate knowledge of your competition, market conditions, and local resale and rental market
  • Communicating with Sales & Marketing department regarding signage, advertising, online presence, and sales targets
  • Weekly inspections of Presentation Centre and signage, and follow up with Sales & Marketing for maintenance
  • Weekly visits to head office in Pickering before Presentation Centre hours to present new deals and provide feedback to Sales & Marketing department.

Scheduling_

  • 5 days per week with increased days and hours during launch and special events.
  • Presentation Centre hours: Monday
  • Wednesday from 11am to 6pm, Thursday & Fridays closed, Weekends from 11am to 6pm
  • Weekends are required. Days off will be Thursday & Friday outside of launch periods and special events.

Required Skills and Experience_

  • 5+ years of experience in New Condo Sales
  • Fully licensed, insured and in good standing with TREB, OREA and CREA
  • Strong administration skills, organization, and time management
  • Ability to prioritize and work under strict deadlines
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills both written and verbal
  • Positive attitude and professional demeanor

Schedule:

  • Every Weekend
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • GTA, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- new condo sales: 5 years (preferred)


Licence/Certification:

  • TREB (preferred)
  • OREA (preferred)
  • CREA (preferred)
