Description
At Royal Auto Collision we're looking to expand by hiring an experienced estimator/ manager.


In this role, the estimator/ manager will inspect vehicles for damages, while evaluating the necessity and cost of repairs for the onsite dealer position.

Responsibilities Include:


  • Working directly with customers to provide insight and peace of mind about the repairs and service they will receive to their damaged vehicle.
  • Inspect vehicles for damage and write estimates in estimating platforms.
  • Maintain communication with customers throughout the repair process and be available to answer questions.
  • Keep record of repair details and complete necessary paperwork.
  • Effectively manage multiple repairs.
  • Implement an effective quality check process by inspecting repaired vehicles and ensuring the repair is up to standard.
  • Complete final paperwork and payment with customer
  • Always provide exceptional customer service and create ongoing relationships with customer.

Qualifications:


  • Excellent customer service skills
  • 13+ years' experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency with estimating systems
  • Exceptional organization skills
  • Time efficiency
  • Reliable work history

Salary:
Up to $70,000.00 per year
