Our well established company is located in Mississauga is currently seeking an Automobile Parts Manager for a permanent full time position within our company.

We are a family owned and operated company in the automotive industry providing service and general repairs to a variety of vehicles and manufactures.

Experience:
Experience in an automotive parts preferred

Duties will include:

Assist the collision center technicians with acquiring the required parts for work required
Assists in the distribution of parts to the body technicians to expedite workflow
Ensure that all parts are charged and linked appropriately for billing in the accounting system
Responsible for inspecting each part received for accuracy and damage
Responsible for returning all unused parts within 30 days of receipt
Keep current on new products and product updates
Determine availability and provide necessary information for out of stock parts
Responsible for coordinating sublet vendor and services to assist in expediting workflow
Obtain time requirements from technicians and estimators to ensure customer time frames are met for vehicle deliveries
