Position:
Talent Acquisition Partner

Department:
Human Resources

Reports to:
Director, Human Resources

Objectives of this role

Work closely with Human Resources and business Managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company's hiring needs and priorities for each role, and to meet competitive hiring goals and expectations.
Partner with the HR team and business Managers to design, refine, and implement innovative recruitment strategies.

Responsibilities

Develop relationships with managers to build awareness of their departments, hiring needs, and job specifications.
Establish and maintain effective relationships with management and key crossfunctional stakeholders to build and support recruitment strategies.
Conduct research and makes recommendations to support the development and implementation of modernized recruitment related programs, processes and guidelines.
Write and post job descriptions/postings on relevant platforms, particularly social media, measuring the success and reach of each method.
Provide recruitment related coaching and guidance to members of the HR team.
Coordinate and participate in career fairs as needed.

Required skills and qualifications

Five or more years of experience in full cycle recruitment.
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in human resources management or related field preferred.
Experience in developing recruitment strategy, preferred.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, professionalism and decisionmaking skills.
Advanced knowledge of relational database management, and internet job search methods, job boards and HR computer systems in a Microsoft environment.
Solid knowledge of recruitment marketing methods.
Great time management skills and ability to multitask.
Ability to travel to all MacLean sites in Ontario required.
Bilingualism French/English an asset.
