Your new role

As an AR Specialist, your primary focus will be on securing revenue by ensuring accurate invoice processing, resolving discrepancies, and managing timely collections.

You'll collaborate closely with customers and internal teams to maintain strong account relationships and optimize cash flow. You'll ensure timely and accurate payment processing, secure revenue, and optimize the overall efficiency of our accounts receivable operations. Your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will directly contribute to our financial health and customer satisfaction.

What you'll need to succeed
To excel in this role, you'll need a minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable. Your meticulous attention to detail will be essential for ensuring accuracy in invoices, payments, and account reconciliations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with accounting/ERP software will be key to managing daily tasks. Additionally, experience with collections activities and an understanding of accounting principles will be significant assets. Proficiency in English and French is a great asset.

We are proud to offer a competitive salary for this role in the range of $50,000 to $60,000 per year.
