ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support outbound and inbound phone calls for Mercedes-Benz Vancouver.
Book sales appointments to maximize each sale's department availability to sell.
Follow up on sales leads ensuring customers are satisfied with their visit.
Provide customers a positive experience through excellent service.
Successfully achieve daily/weekly/monthly KPI goals established by the General Manager.
Maintain knowledge of all sales product offerings.
Working with CRM Systems and updating the customer database.
Capture and update customer contact information as per establish guidelines.
Must follow Company safety policies and practices, and immediately, report and forward any escalations/accidents to a Manager/Supervisor.
Collaborate with team members to support customer demands.
Other duties assigned by General Manager.
