    Mercedes-Benz Vancouver is currently seeking a Service Reception/Greeter to join their team.

    Reporting directly to the Service Manager, the Automotive Service Receptionist/Greeter will be responsible for warmly welcoming customers and ensuring their satisfaction in all aspects of their visit. Work schedule will be determined by Management.

    Essential Duties:

    • Greet clients immediately upon arrival at the dealership.
    • Offer beverages to clients upon arrival.
    • Check and distribute voice messages to the relevant staff.
    • Maintain the coffee area by restocking coffee pods, keeping the counter clean, replenishing paper towels, creamer, milk, cups, sugar, water, etc.
    • Handle incoming mail for the service center by opening and passing it on to the parts or service manager.
    • Organize and file work orders, invoices, and loaner agreements regularly, keeping the reception area clean and organized.
    • Notify advisors promptly when clients are waiting for assistance to ensure timely service.
    • Assist advisors in locating client vehicles as needed.
    • Guide clients through invoices during pick-up if necessary.
    • Complete the Daily Cash sheet with daily transactions and cash counts, and perform Moneris Close batch at the end of each shift.
    • Oversee R plates and register clients for Dilawri Rewards when required.
    • Ensure all work orders are closed before filing and manage client cash transactions while maintaining a balanced cash spreadsheet.
    • Help in ordering office supplies and assist with finalizing closing invoices when necessary.
    • Handle any other administrative tasks that may arise.
    • Meet assigned deadlines consistently.
    • Keep the workstation clean and organized.
    • Adhere to the proper dress code.
    • Proactively address and resolve issues.
    • Assist in handling unforeseen emergency situations.
    • Perform any other relevant duties as directed by management.
