You will be joining as a Marketing Manager on the Strategic Programs Team of Koodo Base Management. We drive Koodo and TELUS net additions, and increase revenue and profitability, while maintaining strong customer loyalty.

In this dynamic Marketing Manager role, you will own Cross Brand Special Bases.

You will be responsible for developing strategies and executing 1:1 campaigns to drive revenue and minimize churn for TELUS and Koodo customers impacted by network changes, server updates, and/or mergers.


What you'll do
As Marketing Manager, Cross Brand Special Bases, you will have a number of important responsibilities, including but not limited to:

  • Owning the strategy, campaign planning, execution, and reporting for Koodo & Telus Special Bases
  • Measuring KPI's for the portfolio and tracking success over time
  • Being innovative and constantly thinking of new ideas and approaches on how to push the portfolio forward and achieve better results
  • Showcasing strong creative thinking and business problemsolving skills by presenting simple business cases for all proposed pricing and campaign changes
  • Designing presentations with strong storytelling and then providing a clear, confident delivery to various levels of team members, including senior leadership
  • Working closely with the rest of the Strategic Programs team, Koodo base management team, TELUS base management and various pricing, strategy & planning, channel and CE stakeholders

Qualifications:


What you bring

  • 23 years experience in Marketing, Product Management, Consulting and/or related positions
  • A selfstarter with initiative and the flexibility to handle ambiguity
  • The ability to work on multiple projects at one time
  • A problem solver, able to break down complex issues into actionable tasks
  • Strong communication skills, with a knack for influencing teams to move forward with new ideas
  • A talent for bringing people together in a positive way, knowing how to work effectively across groups, discuss opportunities, and motivate people to action

Great-to-haves

  • Wireless telecommunications and/or base management experience is an asset
  • Postsecondary undergraduate degree in business, marketing, economics, or equivalent combination of experience and education
