Boundary Electric is looking for a Sales Assistant
The Sales Assistant is responsible for supporting the Sales Department with day-to-day administrative and marketing tasks. This role will work closely and communicate directly with the Inside Sales Manager. This role will be responsible for multiple administrative tasks within the sales department.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist the Sales Team in daytoday sales activities, including but not limited to maintaining webstores, fielding customer inquiries, preparing for tradeshows, creating marketing content.
  • Help maintain and update the company's CRM system with accurate and uptodate information.
  • Support sales team members in administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings and managing calendars, filing and document organization.
  • Attend sales meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Assist in market research and competitor analysis to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Other tasks as assigned or required.

Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Selfmotivated, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fastpaced environment.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
  • Proven experience in a sales assistant or administrative role is an asset.

Salary:
$24.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

  • Grand Forks, BC V0H 1H2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
