Roles & Responsibilities
Data Entry & Processing
- Process invoices as per company policy and costing structure/budget.
- Assist with our expense management system to ensure all expense reimbursements and corporate card purchases are entered correctly.
- Review vendor statements and request missing invoices.
- Month end reconciliations.
- Process credit card payments.
Supplier Contact
- Communicate with vendors regarding payments.
- Maintain a positive and friendly attitude towards our vendors.
Qualifications
Required
- High School Diploma.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, Word, Outlook.
- Great written and oral communication skills.
- Work well in a teambased environment.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Highly organized and process driven.
- Dedicated to the pursuit of continuous improvement.
Assets
Additional consideration will be given to those having any of the following:
- Experience in a similar role relating to accounts payable or other bookkeeping functions.
- Enrollment or certificate in postsecondary education in either Accounting or Business.
Other Information
- This is a fulltime position (5 days per week, Monday to Friday).
- Travel is not required.
- Anticipated start date: as soon as possible
