What will you do?
As a Bilingual Reservation Agent, you will be communicating directly with the public to assist with reservations and answering a variety of related questions.

What you bring to the table:
- Professional oral and written language skills in both English and French
- You are friendly and good a good listener.
- You exercise patience as you understand the customer's needs and assist them.
- You are always tactful and pleasant.
- A knack for computers and learning new software.
- Ability to think on your feet and communicate concisely.
- You are empathetic as you help address customer concerns and assist them with their needs.
- 1 year of experience providing customer service to the public.
- Call center experience is helpful but not required.

Start Date:
March 13:
- Week 1: Monday
- Wednesday 5:30PM 9:30PM, Saturday and Sunday 10:00AM 4:00PM
- Week 2: Monday
- Wednesday 5:30PM 9:30PM
- Our hours of operation are 7 AM 11 PM, 7 days a week
- After training is complete you can expect to be scheduled 2035 hrs/week, parttime hours also available.
- Office Location: Guelph, ON
