Camis is currently seeking a full-time Manager of Client Success to join our growing team.

The Manager of Client Success will lead Camis's account management team.

The Manager of Client Success will be tasked with developing scalable processes & overarching strategies to promote a successful journey for Camis clients and prospective clients post-implementation.

Ensuring our clients receive high-quality, cost-effective solutions is paramount.

The Manager of Client Success will also handle key accounts themselves, but, they are primarily responsible to oversee the team in the endeavor to help solve problems and achieve business goals by building trust and providing strategic and pragmatic solutions.


What you'll be doing:

  • Establish processes to optimize crossdepartmental projects with sales, marketing, product management and software engineering that focus on ensuring the client is served appropriately and finds opportunities to provide new sales opportunities with existing clients
  • Promote and manage the learning and growth of the client success team by providing guidance and support to client account managers during daytoday activities
  • Ensure a successful transition from the implementation team to the client account management team during the client onboarding process
  • Assist and resolve challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
  • Develop, define, refine and document the processes that guide the daytoday actions of Client Account Managers
  • Measure the progress of team activities and ensure they are on track for success
  • Conduct regular meetings with internal and external stakeholders

What you'll bring to the role:

  • Degree or diploma in a related field; PMP designation is a strong asset
  • 3+ years of experience in a management, supervisory or team lead
  • 3+ years of experience implementing SaaS products with a track record of sales success
  • Exceptional presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
  • French language proficiency is considered an asset
