Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support with administrative tasks such as**:
- Answering phones
:
- Assisting with counter inquiries
:
- Scheduling appointments
:
- Data entry
:
- Digitizing files
:
- Filing
:
- Tracking on excel spreadsheets**
- Assist with the Joint Job Evaluation implementation process**
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding
- Other duties as assigned**
Qualifications - Enrollment in postsecondary education, diploma/degree focus in
- Previous experience in Administration is considered an asset**
- Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and Outlook

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Selfmotivated and reliable
- Valid G Driver's license and reliable vehicle
Working Conditions
- Typical office environment
- Exposure to outside environment
- Able to work with mínimal supervision
- May be required to attend offsite meetings
