John Bear Buick Chevrolet GMC Ltd. in New Hamburg is looking for a courteous, task oriented individual to be our
Parts Advisor.

Do you have strong automotive knowledge, attention to detail, and possess basic computer skills?

Do you possess excellent customer service skills both face to face and over the phone?

Do you have the ability to work both independently and within a team environment?

Salary:
$38,000 to $43,000 per year

Responsibilities:


  • Identifying and locating car parts required in the electronic parts catalog.
  • Answering phone calls from customers.
  • Assisting customers in identifying the correct parts they require.
  • Assist with unpacking of parts orders.
  • Stocking locations / stock shelves.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized parts area.

Qualifications:

Parts Counter: 1 year (preferred)

  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
