Position Summary:

John Bear Buick Chevrolet GMC is seeking a dynamic
Sales Representative to join our team in New Hamburg


As a Sales Representative, you believe and excel in immediate customer responsiveness and communication following the John Bear Digital Customer-Driven Standards and the Sales Policy Process.


Responsibilities:


  • Assist customers in the selection of a vehicle both in person and online
  • Develop and maintain an ongoing list of potential customers
  • Cultivate a network of referrals: family members, neighbors, associates, previous customers, etc.
  • Involve yourself in the community and industry organizations or groups in an effort to promote yourself in the automobile business, and as a representative of the company
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets as established by management
  • Reassure networking and repeat business
  • Continuously learn product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies.

Qualifications:


  • Available to work flexible hours and weekends
  • OMVIC Certification
  • Clean driving record and valid driver's license
  • Exceptional Customer Service
  • Selfstarter, a desire to succeed, and can adapt to a rapidly changing environment
  • Professional sales aptitude
  • Strong digital understanding

Salary:
$40,000 - $100,000 per year
