Salary Range:
$60,000 - $75,000
The Role
Our Ultra Manufacturing location is looking for an HR Generalist to join the Human Resources Team. Reporting to the Human Resources, Wellness, Health and Safety Manager, you will be primarily
responsible for the coordination of all Human Resource related activities including;
- Promoting positive employee relations
- Prompt response to team member HRrelated inquiries
- Supporting internal and external recruitment initiatives
- Maintaining HR records in our HRIS system
- Managing the attendance program for your client group
- Coordinating training activities
- Participating in Health & Safety promotion
- Planning company events and employee appreciation initiatives
- Performance management, including coaching,discipline administration, and dismissals
- 2+ years of experience in a handson Human Resources role
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
- A postsecondary education in Human Resources is preferred
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to interact with confidence with team members and company leadership
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problemsolving and conflict resolution skills
- Experience with HR Systems, Dayforce preferred
- Computer literacy is required, including experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
