- Collaborating with Case Managers to align employment goals with action plans
- Conducting one-to-one job development meetings
- Developing job opportunities by implementing effective marketing strategies
- Facilitating employment interviews and coaching participants
- Managing job board and applicant tracking system
- Liaising with employers and promoting services at community events
- Supporting team outcomes and contributing to process improvement
- 1-2 years' job development experience
- Post Secondary Certificate or Diploma in relevant field
- Ability to build strong relationships with diverse individuals
- Experience working with culturally diverse Job Seekers
- Strong English communication and persuasive skills
- Knowledge of WorkBC model is beneficial
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude towards change
- Compliance with Health and Safety Procedures
