Founded in 2006, Vancouver College of Massage Therapy is the leading massage therapy college in North America with the highest pass rates on CMTBC's registration exams of any massage school in B.C.

In addition to the college, we have a 15 room on-site massage clinic.

We are dedicated to educational excellence and ensuring that each of our students graduates with the knowledge, experience and professional skills needed to succeed in the massage therapy profession.


Join our growing team as our Evening Clinic Receptionist

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answer and direct all incoming calls, return client calls
  • Check in patients for appointments
  • Maintain patient bookings, cancel, amend, rebook and communicate all updates to clients, instructors and students.
  • Maintain complete patient information/files in Jane, compliant with CMTBC charting requirements.
  • Update notes on patient accounts including patient rates, changes to appointments, issues.
  • Process payments.
  • Submit deposits to accounting, monitor cash rec. sheet and notify discrepancies
  • Maintain clinic float and reconcile cash and credit
  • Scan patient intake forms.
  • Enforce college policies with students.
  • Document and address patient comments, concerns.
  • Communicate any service issues to Management
  • Tidy clinic reception and boardroom area, water plants, restock snacks.

Qualifications/Skills

Excellent Spoken English:


  • Terrific telephone, interpersonal and computer skills
  • Professional and customer focused
  • Organized and ability to multitask
  • Excellent time management
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Punctual and reliable

Shifts are 4:00pm-8:00pm, 2 or 3 weekday evenings per week and occasional Saturday.
