We are currently looking for a
Receptionist to join our team in
Waterloo, ON.

Hours of Work:8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.

Position Summary:

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the incumbent would be the first friendly face visitors see upon entry

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for operating telephone switchboard
Answer telephones and provide information and assistance or route caller to appropriate staff member
Greet visitors to the office and direct them accordingly
Send and Receive incoming documents and deliveries and distribute appropriately
Perform daily bank deposits
Perform basic order entry duties
Invoicing
Other related duties as required
