    • Salary Range for Maintenance Manager from $95,747 to $143,620 / year

    At our Cascades in Vaughan, ON, you can reach your full potential sustainably by utilizing your expertise within the Containerboard Packaging team as the Maintenance Manager:

    • Key Contributions: The Maintenance Manager plays a crucial role in achieving the unit's operational strategy by coordinating maintenance activities alongside production.
    • Leadership and Team Development: You will lead, mentor, and guide the maintenance team, emphasizing personnel management, recruitment, development, and coaching for a robust internal organization.
    • Enhancing Maintenance Programs: Develop and improve a comprehensive predictive, preventive, and condition-based maintenance program, as well as establish and uphold business processes and maintenance operation protocols.
    • Asset Management and Optimization: Implement a robust asset management system, utilize maintenance records for assessment and enhancement, and optimize the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
    • Occupational Health and Safety: Ensure optimal operations execution by meeting occupational health and safety goals.

    Highlight your strengths too:

    • Experience Requirements: A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in an industrial production setting, particularly in pulp and paper, water treatment, or similar fields.
    • Maintenance Program Development: Proficiency in developing and optimizing maintenance programs and schedules.
    • Desired Skills: Preferably have project management experience, as well as leadership skills to engage the team in proposed solutions.
    • Analytical and Technical Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving abilities, accuracy, and agility in managing projects within prescribed parameters. Knowledge of SAP software or other ERP is an advantage.
