RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide firstlevel technical support for hardware, software, and networkrelated issues
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to pointofsale systems, barcode scanners, and other retail equipment
  • Assist with the setup and configuration of new equipment and software
  • Provide training to staff on the use of software and equipment
  • Document support requests and resolutions in our ticketing system
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate IT team members
  • Monitor and maintain inventory of hardware and software assets
  • Participate in IT projects and initiatives as needed

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 13 years of experience in IT support, preferably in a retail environment
  • Strong technical skills in troubleshooting hardware, software, and networkrelated issues
  • Familiarity with pointofsale systems, barcode scanners, and other retail equipment
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members
  • Detailoriented and able to prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment
  • Ability to lift and move computer equipment as needed
