RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide firstlevel technical support for hardware, software, and networkrelated issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to pointofsale systems, barcode scanners, and other retail equipment
- Assist with the setup and configuration of new equipment and software
- Provide training to staff on the use of software and equipment
- Document support requests and resolutions in our ticketing system
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate IT team members
- Monitor and maintain inventory of hardware and software assets
- Participate in IT projects and initiatives as needed
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 13 years of experience in IT support, preferably in a retail environment
- Strong technical skills in troubleshooting hardware, software, and networkrelated issues
- Familiarity with pointofsale systems, barcode scanners, and other retail equipment
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members
- Detailoriented and able to prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment
- Ability to lift and move computer equipment as needed
