Manage the enhancement of Cenovus's data systems and data processes. Your proficiency in data analytics, data governance, and datadriven decisionmaking will be

instrumental in supporting the success of the Core Optimization project.

Leader of Data SMEs and critical link to Data Owners, embedded in the business, to facilitate decision making.
Member of their home Leadership Team to actively engage on program status and gain an understanding of business developments
Accountable for the overall outcomes and program objectives related to data and data quality (this may extend past the workstream)
Accountable for data integration to support and/or link Process, Technical, Core Workstreams, OCM and DMIO
Accountable for defining, prioritizing and delivering data scope (Core, Connected Apps, and Data Warehouses)
Accountable for development of data requirements (conversion, governance, and readiness) and data standards to support integrated business work processes
Accountable for data migration (extraction, profiling, cleansing, translation, mapping, and loading) in support of design, testing, and cutover
Accountable to establish sustaining data governance processes or KPIs to ensure data quality, per DMIO objectives
Accountable for Workstream Data SME onboarding
Responsible for executing the workstream data scope across
SAP, SFs, CAPs & Connected Data Platforms
Responsible to ensure the selected technologies meets requirements(functional and nonfunctional)
Responsible to develop and manage the work stream data component plan and schedule, and responsible to feed plan to integrated work schedule
Responsible to contribute and effectively size and resource the workstream data team
Responsible to drive the migration strategy, approach, and plan of our data assets into the target state
Responsible to ensure team is equipped to deliver (identification of required system access, DMIO awareness, training, etc.)
Responsible to support other program milestones, including, but not limited to:
Training: Provide content
People Readiness: Validate stakeholders
Testing: Approve testing plan (UAT, endtoend), roles, and security
Process : Support completion of deliverables where required
Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
Experience in translating business requirements into data requirements
Selfmotivated, creative problem solver with the ability to arrive at solutions independently
Strong consultation skills and customer service mindset
Familiarity with Workday and
