Summary

Job Duties/Responsibilities

  • Process and follow up on customer quotes and order requests
  • Cradle to grave sales process execution
  • Handle all return requests and product inquiries, timely
  • Maintain open and closed order files
  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns
  • Knowledge and understanding of customer requirements per specifications
  • On call and afterhours duties required
  • Adjusts and/or coordinates complaints concerning billing or service rendered, referring complaints of service failures to designated departments for investigation
  • Seeks new markets and customers to increase sales
  • Responsible for accurate and timely order maintenance
  • May assist with reporting and forecasting
  • Local and international travel, including by air required.

  • Comprehensive, specialized technical knowledge of industry products and services, customer requirements and competitive market

  • Ability to work effectively independently and as a part of a team

Education

  • Secondary School or equivalent industry experience.

Experience

  • 5+ years of oilfield services or Rig Operational experience preferred
  • 2+ years' experience Sales experience or similar.

Salary:
$90,000.00-$125,000.00 per year

Experience:

Outside Sales: 2 years (required)

  • Oilfield Services or Rig: 5 years (preferred)
