Electrical (Battery) Technician to join our team

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Read job order documents for product specifications and select required materials for each product based on work orders.
Assemble Lithiumion batteries according to drawings and specifications while maintaining compliance with quality standards.
Test premade lithiumion batteries, identifying any quality issues.
Pack/Repack Lithiumion batteries into cases.
Maintain assigned work area and equipment in a safe manner.
Ability to work in fastpaced environment, complete repetitive tasks, stand for extended periods of time.
Operate powered and manual equipment to OHSA/Company standards.
Regular lifting of up to 50 lbs. throughout a shift.
Requires use of excellent manual dexterity and handeye coordination.
Perform other duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
-
Trade School or College or Industry Experience (Electrical Technician):

Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and technical manuals
Ability to work in fastpaced environment, complete repetitive tasks & stand for extended periods of time
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Excellent interpersonal, problemsolving and timemanagement skills
Strong team player with the ability to work independently with minimum supervision
Ability to lift 50 lbs
