ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY
Maxxit, is seeking an experienced Pre-Construction Manager to join our team.

This role is pivotal in overseeing the feasibility review of incoming project opportunities, preparing comprehensive proposals, and ensuring alignment with Maxxit's core competencies and aggressive growth strategy.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Assess project opportunities for alignment with Maxxit's capabilities, resources, and strategic objectives.
Evaluate technical feasibility, resource requirements, and risks.
Engage with sales team and clients to understand project requirements.
Conduct thorough needs assessments.
Oversee estimating process, prioritize estimates, assign tasks, ensure accuracy.
Ensure adherence to standards, guidelines, and maintain quality control.
Stay updated on innovations for effective advising.
Understand metal fabrication processes, materials, and equipment.
Prepare comprehensive proposals with scope, timelines, pricing.
Collaborate internally to tailor solutions to client needs.
Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Optimize project outcomes by addressing constraints.
Communicate findings and updates to internal stakeholders.
Foster collaboration across departments for project execution.
Prepare comprehensive handoff documentation and transfer knowledge to project management.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in preconstruction management, estimating, architectural design, or related field, preferably in the construction industry.
Proven track record of managing and leading estimating teams, with a strong understanding of estimating principles and methodologies.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural drawings, specifications, and project documents.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with crossfunctional teams and interact with clients.
Demonstrated ability to assess project feasibility, identify risks, and make informed decisions.
Knowledge of architectural ceiling and wall systems, including decorative panels, baffles, and custom fabricated features, is preferred.
