The Assistant Manager reports to the Store Manager and participates in all essential tasks that contribute to the efficient and profitable operation of the store, following company policies and procedures.

The Assistant Manager provides support to the Manager in supervising employees and is responsible for overseeing overall sales operations in the absence of the Manager (e).

He / she leads by example by providing exceptional customer service and demonstrating the branded sales skills in order to maximize sales and optimize the in-store customer experience.

The Assistant Manager ensures that all elements of Groupe Dynamite's brand image and visual presentation requirements are understood and respected by the team.
