We are currently looking for an
IT Technician Level 1-2 who will be placed at our client in
Saint-Hyacinthe, Quebec who specializes in meat packing food processing, a producer of pork and poultry products.

This is a 3 months mandate with the possibility of an extension or becoming full-time permanent.

Your future duties/responsibilities_
_:
_


  • Provide IT support in desktop and laptop hardware issues.
  • Deploy and manage operating system images, ensuring smooth transitions from Windows 7 to 10 and/or 1
  • Utilize SCCM for software deployment, updates, and system management.
  • Assist with Active Directory tasks, such as user account management and access permissions.
  • Implement and manage Group Policy Objects to maintain a secure and efficient IT environment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve printerrelated issues, including connectivity and print queue problems.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to ensure a smooth and reliable IT infrastructure.
  • Maintain documentation and provide technical guidance to endusers.

The must-haves:_**- College diploma in computer science or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • 13 years of relevant experience
  • Bilingual proficiency (English and French)
  • Laptop hardware experience, including troubleshooting and repairs
  • Proficient in the deployment of operating system images, specifically Windows 7 to 10 and/or Windows 1
  • Experience with System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (Office 365) suite
  • Knowledge of Active Directory (AD) administration
  • Ability to manage Group Policy Objects (GPO)
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
