Position Overview:


Location:
Peterborough, Ontario (On-Site)


Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Follow an outlined script, fine tuning it to your personality and advertise our products via phone to interested consumers in a manner that is professional and honest.
  • Communicating with your team members to facilitate calls, manage workflow, and communicate your successes to achieve daily & monthly prospecting goals with use of a CRM
  • Facilitate the entire sales process from the initiation of the original call through finalization of account setup for each customer you speak with including customer onboarding for North America.
  • Develop strong product and resource knowledge through training, research and team collaboration, so you can confidently promote and recommend solutions to challenges.
  • Maintain an organized workspace and properly file documents, updates, and product information so it is readily accessible for reference and to answer questions.
  • Listen attentively to consumer questions and provide answers that are knowledgeable and insightful to encourage product sale.
  • Showcase the company's strengths and highlight our brand by talking exclusively about the characteristics that make our organization unique.
  • Participate in weekly meetings to discuss benchmarks and personal as well as team goals for the upcoming week
  • Occasional backup for Charlotte Products customer service team as required.

Qualifications:

Strong personal passion to assist facilities with achieving their sanitation objectives.


Experience:


  • 25 years' Experience in a customer service /sales position
  • Basic Customer Service skills to confidently and accurately address customers' needs
  • Experience with B2C, B2B considered an asset
  • Organizational and multitasking skills
  • Tech savvy, with strong computer and technical skills including but not limited to excel
  • Experience with a CRM and other sales technologies is considered an asset
  • Attention to detail to accurately process invoices
  • Professional demeanor and telephone etiquette Interpersonal skills required to deal with staff members and customers
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong problem identification and problem resolution skills
  • Strong work ethic and positive team attitude
  • Highly motivated and selfdirected capable of multitasking, and able to work with mínimal supervision.

Education:


  • Completion of high school
  • College Diploma or University Degree is an asset
