- Manage endtoend event logistics, including travel arrangements, accommodations, venue selection, contract negotiation, vendor coordination, budgets, and timelines
- Research, identify, and evaluate industry events, conferences, and trade shows to determine their relevance for the company's strategy
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create engaging event materials, including brochures, presentations, branded merchandise, and other collateral
- Coordinate with speakers, presenters, and panelists to ensure their participation, manage logistics, and provide the necessary support for their presentations
- Act as the main point of contact for conferencerelated inquiries, managing communications with attendees, sponsors, exhibitors, and vendors
- Conduct postevent analyses to measure against benchmarks and objectives and develop recommendations for future improvements
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging event opportunities to ensure we remain ahead of the curve
- Postsecondary degree or diploma with a specialization in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
- 1+ year(s) of experience in event coordination or management
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines when managing complex logistics
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build relationships with internal teams, external partners, and event attendees
- Creative thinking and problemsolving skills, with the ability to anticipate and address challenges during event planning and execution
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively in a remotefirst environment
- Experience working in SaaS or the education technology industry
