Role:


The Sales Coordinator is responsible for sales department activities, including supporting contracts, sales operations, inventory management and vendor relations, and related sales tasks.

This individual will support sales representatives, work in coordination with the Operations team, and in parallel to Shipping and Receiving.


Job Duties:


  • Take ownership of order fulfillment from posted invoice to readytoship
  • Support Walkin Customer Requests
  • Manage Sales Inventory Room and initiatives
  • Bin Numbers
  • Cycle Counts
  • Stock Checks
  • Coordination for As New Calibration
  • Trained to oversee Weekly Purchase Orders Report
  • Manage vendor expediting protocol
  • Manage coordination of Special Orders
  • Manage and oversee Field Sales Demo Fleet
  • Crosstrained and relief on Shipping as needed
  • Crosstrained and relief on receiving as needed
  • Enroll in Product training when available
  • Update and manage Price Lists
  • Support Reliability Department Invoicing and admin
  • Support the overall efforts and activities of sales department in alignment with corporate revenue goals and objectives.
  • Act as liaison to other business units for completion of daytoday administrative and operational tasks

Requirements:


  • University degree or comparable education level
  • Two years of direct work experience in sales
  • Strong knowledge of retail and/or wholesale sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques.
  • Ability to examine and execute sales operations, form new policies, develop and implement new strategies.

Working Conditions:


  • Manual dexterity required to use desktop computer and peripherals.
  • Able to lift 25 lbs package and follow health and safety protocol
