Description

Working in a collaborative team you will be guiding the full-cycle recruitment process for security personnel. This is a fast-paced, target-driven role in a dynamic and exciting industry.

The Day to Day:

Full cycle recruitment includes reviewing resumes, prescreening calls, onsite interviews and onboarding.
Networking with industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and employees.
Working with Operations Managers during recruitment planning meetings to establish position requirements.
Efficiently and effectively filling open positions.
Attending career fairs and developing working relationships with college/universities for recruiting and employer brand recognition.
Maintaining all relevant applicant and interview records in accordance with our ISO policy and regulations.

Here's What you need:

Post-Secondary Degree/Diploma or equivalent experience in HR/Recruiting
Fullcycle recruitment experience in a high volume recruitment environment.
Class 5 Drivers License & vehicle would be considered an asset
Techsavvy and comfortable with ATS software
Able to work in a fastpaced, resultsoriented environment
Must enjoy working with people
