Parts Person - Mississauga, Canada - Royal Auto Collision
Description
Responsibilities Include:
- Sending receiving and tracking credits
- Stocking parts in physical locations that correlate to a spreadsheet for easy retrieval later.
- Putting parts on parts cart to take to technician to complete repairs.
- Excel or Google sheets experience is mandatory.
- Basic Accounting experience preferred.
- Assist the collision center estimators with acquiring the required parts for work required.
- Assists in the distribution of parts to the body technicians to expedite workflow.
- Ensure that all parts are charged and linked appropriately for billing in the accounting system.
- Responsible for inspecting each part received for accuracy and damage.
- Responsible for returning all unused parts within 30 days of receipt.
- Keep current on new products and products updates.
- Determine availability and provide necessary information for outofstock parts.
Qualifications:
- 1 + Year experience as a Parts Person
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
$20.00-$30.00 per hour
