Rapidly growing Real Estate & Media company based in Montreal is seeking a Social Media Assistant to join our dynamic team.


PURPOSE OF THE JOB


To administer the social media presence of both Leyad's new media arm as well as book travel and accommodations for its CEO.


DESCRIPTION OF TASKS

  • Assist with all daily activities and various projects related to social media;
  • Assist in creating and updating social media posting schedules;
  • Integrate and schedule social network publications;
  • Participate in the maintenance of the various social platforms;
  • Assist in the management of production needs for social media content (photoshoot, creation of assets, video editing, etc.);
  • Be responsible for managing social communities: monitoring comments, answering user questions;
  • Provide support in the organization and realization of various projects and events.

REQUIREMENTS:


  • 12 years of experience in a social media position (an asset);
  • Experience in media and/or real estate (an asset);
  • Basic knowledge of the Canva platform (an asset);
  • Basic knowledge of the Later platform (an asset);
  • Knowledge of digital media;
  • Mastery of the

Office Suite:
Word, Excel and Powerpoint;

  • Ability to work under pressure within tight deadlines by adapting to unforeseen events;
  • Sense of organization, autonomous and skilled in managing priorities;
  • Creativity, curiosity and willingness to learn;
  • Thoroughness, rigor and concern for aesthetics;
  • Recognized skills in communication and interpersonal relations;
  • Bilingual, both orally and in writing (French and English);
  • Available evenings and weekends to monitor social media.

Salary:
$50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
