- Monitor and update Job Postings
- Maintain employee records
- Assist in benefits administration
- Assist in recruitment
- Prescreening
- Reference checks and background checks
- Job offer letters
- Assist in administration of the HR department
- Assist in health and Safety administration
- Assisting in ad hoc HR projects
- Assist in onboarding
- Assist in the development of online HR tools and digitization
- Absenteeism monitoring
- Vacation requests
- Onboarding paper work

- Outstanding communication skills

Job Types:
