Location: Etobicoke, Greater Toronto Area (GTA)

Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 + Benefits + Bonus

A leading construction company specializing in Institutional, Commercial, and Industrial (ICI) projects is actively seeking a skilled Project Manager to join its team in Etobicoke, located in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring adherence throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaborate with the Project Management team to provide regular updates on project status, anticipated delays, and scope changes.
Lead project teams effectively to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Coordinate with trades and stakeholders to optimize project efficiency.

Skills and Experience:

Construction Expertise: Demonstrated experience managing ICI projects from initiation to completion.
Leadership: Proven track record of effectively leading project teams to achieve project goals.
Communication: Strong communication skills to liaise with internal teams, stakeholders, and trades.
Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in project management within the construction industry, preferably with experience in ICI projects.
Education: Post-secondary degree/diploma in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field.

Extra consideration will be given to candidates with experience in:

Project Management, Condos, Scheduling, Commercial Construction, Industrial Construction, Institutional Construction, New Build, Renovations, Retrofits.
